Harmony 1000 Remote

Is someboby using this remote with MP?

Can you say to me how to setup it so that it works with MP.

Use the logitech software to add a new device.

Add Microsoft MCE remote MCE-1039 as your new device.

Update your logitech remote.

In MP config, select MCE remote as your remote and you're done.

(I'm assuming you're using the microsoft receiver connected to your pc via usb)

I'm using a 880 with a Lite-On SK7100 keyboard (IR keyboard) The entire keyboard is available to me on the Harmony. I mapped the relevant keys for MP after that. MCE remote would be the quickest and cheapest way to achieve this.

Man... i have 160XT too, zini have suport for MP, so you can chose in harmony software zalman x160 and thats all.

I set up a Media PC as a device on the Harmony 1000.

Then on the drop down list i selected Media Portal as the computer make.

This gave me full control of MP, it also put some handy shortcuts on the LCD so i dont have to go back to the menu each time.

How can we set handy shortcuts to the menu? it is possible make shortcuts to "Now Playing" in Music menu?

I have tried a couple of things today but no luck, the shortcuts that are available can be switched around. But i cant seem to add any new ones.

I got a harmony 1000 i cant seem to get it working using media portal as the manufacturer cus then you have to select model and i dont know.

i tried it with mce 1039 and that works until i get into a film or whatever then none of the stop play fast forward etc work.

i really wanna get this working help me pelsae !!!!
