Country:  |  Haupaugge remote with Imon IR (Silverstone case) Hi everybody! Is it possible to use a Haupaugge remote control with an Imon IR? I have bought a Silverstone case (GD-02MT) and I wonder if I can use the haupagge remote instead of Imon. I have tried but nothing happens and IR controler of haupaugge is active. Thanks |

If you have a Hauppauge 34 button or 45 button remote (that is packaged with a Hauppauge card that is bundled with an IR tranciever that plugs into the Hauppauge card), then it will not work. If you have a Hauppage MCE remote (that is bundled with a Hauppauge card that is labeled as an MediaCenter kit, and is bundled with an external USB IR transciever) then it will work... The iMon IR hardware supports only an MCE remote or the bundled iMon remote. For the second instance, you need to configure the iMon IR receiver to work with an MCE remote. | |
