MCE Remote control can't make it work

Sorry if this has been asked many times I try search feature and Google, but I couldnt find any solution for my problem

When I installed vista I took many features off like media center because in that time a had a very low-end video card.

So i installed this drivers

Everything went well the driver installed correctly, but the issue is that im unable to use my remote only red light comes out from the receiver when i press a button, and nothing happens

I already chose mce remote control in MP configuaration,
I already spent the whole day trying to make my remote work,
