Remote Control (SL-6399) Configuration

I don't get it with the Keyboard Input Plugin.
I've deleted all keys and sounds, now I want to configure the Plugin.
The "Add/Remove Buttons"-Menu works fine, i can type a name and the learn mode recognises what key I press on the remote.
But where do I give this keys on the remote a function?
I think, cool to see what keycode the OK button has, but where can I assign the Enter-Key to it?

EDIT: Found it, but don't know all Actions (in example for Enter).
Where does the plugin save all the binds?
In the InputDeviceMappings\defaults\keyboard.xml?

When I replace it with the Asus S-presso only my configs were shown.

@Bacterius : How is it to post your finished keyboard.xml here, this would make it a lot easier for everyone using the PlugIn

I´ve got the same behaviour with the home button too.
Figured out, that it sends a combination of window-button - left-alt - return. For me only MP shows this behaviour (windowed/fullscreen)
All other things work well.

I found a workaround for the problem with the HOME-Button and the "Windowed/Fullscreen"-Button.
If i use the KeyboardInputPlugin AND Eventghost with the Message-Plugin, i get rid of it.
Only clear the mapping for the HOME-Button in the KeyboardInputPlugin and map it in Eventghost.
You have to add the Keyboard and the Mediaportal-Plugins in Eventghost and map an event from the HOME-Button to the Mediaportal "Start-Macro"

well guys sorry for not replying been very busy.
Have looked in to it more thoroughly and can't find a method other than using eventghost for home button.
So far is set up as spida suggested and works ok but would advise anyone starting from new consider removing the duplicate buttons from the asus keyboard.xml files rather than remove the defaults from MP
Have managed to include aspect ratio button and re-defined "more" button to give a better response.

One thing i have noticed is pressing the msn button toggles the behaviour of the main direction keys and the back/more keys to become a mouse emulator, pressing msn returns them to normal, may be useful to some to have a mouse on the remote!
all but the home button works fine, so to summarise the changes
1. added aspect ratio button functions
2 redifined "more" button
3 transposed Home to "Star" key
oh and path for file is-(replace c: with correct drive if you have changed it) *if using >rc1

I've got a question, what key can i use to choose between various languages in ".sub" subtitles? If i press the "more" key i don't find that option.

Hello all

This is a great thread and I have been able to map most of my sl-6399 buttons. The only (and big) problem I have is that I can not map several important buttons such as home, play, ff, rev, and quite a few others. They work fine in XP MCE but they do not appear to send any codes for the plugin to learn from in mediaportal

Does anyone know a way to fix this? Or can any suggest a remote that will work out of the box or minimal fiddling?
