Remote doesnt work during video play

I have a DVICO Fusion TV card and remote. The remote is supposed to emulate an MCE remote. If i have the Fusion receiver software running and select "MCE remote" in MP, sure enough it navigates through the menus well enough. However, when i actually play a movie, keys like pause, stop, rw, ff are ignored.

Ive downloaded and installed HIP. With HIP running (and the fusion software disabled) i'm seeing the same behavior in MP. I'm running Media Portal 0.2.2.0 stable.

If you're using HIP then you need to map the buttons on the Fusion Remote to the keyboard actions for those buttons in MediaPortal. With the exception of the arrow keys, it seems.

Even though the Fusion Remote is MCE compatible, it doesn't behave exactly like an MCE remote.

Are you usind DivX codecs?
If so: This only happens when playing DivX, right? Not Xvid or DVD etc.
