Question Adding dvb-t channels manually?

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.2.0
1. TV Card: Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T-USB2

I've got my USB2 dvb-t tv card working very easily - thanks!

I am having on problem though!

I'm in the UK and while the auto tune feature detects almost all of the channels, it won't pick up Channel 4 or Five. It picks up all of the other channels on their MUX's.

The WinTV software picks up the channels in question just fine - so it must be a problem with MediaPortal.

I've tried adding channel manually, but MediaPortal needs a LOT of information; more than I have access to from this other application or the internet.

So either I need somewhere to get this information, help on adding the channel manually, or a fix so that the autotune will detect the stations in question.

Can anyone help?
