Default Channel changes automagically after pausing-resuming TV

Today I have installed Media Portal 0.2.2.0. Before that I was using 0.2.1.0 since the day it was released, and I had a perfectly stable setup when paired with PVR Scheduler 1.4.9.

The problem that I'm having is that now every time that I pause live TV and then try to resume, MediaPortal acts on its own and starts switching one channel after the other and there is no way to stop it, except going to the Home Screen and turning off TV. So I can no longer use the time-shift feature . Since I did a clean install and only restored the databases of 0.2.1.0, it's unlikely that it's a problem with the installation. And being the problem so obvious, how come nobody else have run into it? What could be causing this behaviour here? I tried using the keyboard to control MP instead of my iMon remote, but it makes no difference, it's like if someone was constantly pressing the key to change to the next channel.

The "autozap" function is bound to the "p (play)" key. It can be stopped by "OK". Just remove that mapping from your remote configuration if you do not like it.

P.S.: You can resume with "Pause", too.

Aha, that is the reason! Thanks Then this is a bug, because the P key it's both mapped to Play when in full screen TV and Autozap; I deleted the autoplay mapping in Keys and sound, and it does the normal Play function now . May I suggest using a different key for this Autozap?

I concur, I thought i'd just munted up the mappings Is it possible so play has the same function as all the other sections of MP, and Autozap gets put onto something else?

Oh, and I understand what you mean about pushing play, but its not going to cut it on the WAF (wife acceptance factor) front

Is "Delete" the only way to remove a mapping? Is there a way to temporarily disable or set to nothing (no key)? Hitting the delete key sets it to delete, same for Alt-, Ctrl- and Shift-Del, same when trying backspace, and Esc is like hitting Alt-F4 - instant shutdown without saving changes! (that's cool though - now I know

I'll come back and set the autozap feature at a later time once I'm more familiar with MP (I'm on day 2 with MP), but I don't want to have to remember or lookup the value for the "Action" parameter (IE ACTION_AUTOZAP) to do so.
