Compro DVB-T300 application error while scanning channels

In the config setup I can choose my DVB-T300 card (analogue version) and then go to the tab for the automatic scanning of the channels. Here I select country Belgium and cable.
I click on scan and get an application error.
Anybody know how to solve this problem? Tx.
