Pixel View PlayTV pro BT878 problem

Hello
I'm having a problem with my TV card; pixelview playtv pro bt878

when i add card it use NGS ..... reference and report problem: Unable to create graph for this device!

i tried to edit CaptureCardDefinitions.xml but without sucess!

I think the problems are on the pin configuration and i don't know how to fix!

Some one can help me?

i'm starter in media portal.

Hi and sorry my english...

This problem is caused by filters on your system, you don't have all necessary filters to the hardware. I resolving partialment this problem instaling the correct driver for the card and intervideo codecs (WinDVD or WinDVR), but is no sound in live (a few seconds after change the channel the sound is off, maybe relationed to "autoselect" stereo/mono type on card. the card not decode stereo tv sound, only radio), i'm working this! I have a Play TV MPEG2 and use Play TV Pro driver (recomended by manufacturer).
