Default No TV Servers

In setup everthing seems to go OK creating the database but no TV servers appear on the management console.

What is the setup looking for in detecting the TV cards?

I can't set the card up as a hybrid because there is no data on the TV server section on the console

First time setup;

This happens to me sometimes. What I need to do is stop and restart the TVService.
