    Hi.
    It's easy. Just upload the picture with the button "Upload file" or similar, I'm using German language there it's called "Datei hochladen"
    After the upload is finished there are some buttons below the picture itself. one is called something like "insert as preview" or "insert as thumb".

    Place the cursor inside the text box at the place you like the thumb to appear and press on this button.

    And you are done. The other button is if you want the picture at full size
