[Skin] Allow <define> variables to control conditional visibility (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to add the possibility for <define> variables to control conditional visibility so we don’t need to use dummy labels?

Example:

<define>#showlabel:true</define>

<control>
<type>label</type>
<label>blablablaba</label>
<visible>#showlabel</visible>
</control>
