Are updates for plugins included in patches (1 Viewer)

On MP it comes the update logo, i think its the same one like this ? Is there also this included ? Or xml files only ?

• Updated GlobalSearch skin to be compatible with v1.8.0.

• Updated PowerControl skin to be compatible with v1.2.0.
• Updated Trakt plugin library to v2.9.0.
• Updated MP-TVSeries plugin library to v3.5.0.
