Assign a remote bitton/or command line input to one TV channel ? (1 Viewer)

Hi.
Is there a way to make MP start TV at a specific TV channel ?

I'd like to make a button for the kid, just press button - and Disney channel comes on.
If possible, the best would be if some command-line tool could perform that command.
