Audio Gets Out Of Sync After Channel Changes (1 Viewer)

When changing a channel, the audio goes out of sync.

Basically, when I press the channel button on the remote, the picture and sound freeze, then the sound of the current channel comes back for a second, but the picture changes to the new channel. Only after about a second or so, does the sound change to the soundtrack of the new channel. Which results in the picture on the new channel being about a second ahead of the sound.

Then, if I change the channel again, the same thing happens, and the soundtrack falls even further behind the picture of the next channel.

I have tried every codec I have. I have "Default DirectSound Device" set correctly. I have tried disabling Enhanced Video Renderer. Nothing helps.

The same TV setup works perfectly in Vista MCE or Sage, with no sync problems, so I don't understand why it shouldn't work here.

I am using Hauppauge 950 for Analog Cable (NTSC).

Logs attached. Hope someone can help.
