Its new 2014 I think - 4K model they have out now (brought it yesterday). So I should just try the LG setting and see how it goes yes? Will let you know!

Try it and let us know so Marcus can update the list. If it doesn't maybe he can help to make it compatible.

Tried it out, it sees my TV and shows its IP address but clicking the show key button just ends with a prompt saying connection to TV failed.

I noticed a few pages back people being asked to use the device spy tool and provide logs. I've done that for my 2014 LG TV and attached.. Thanks

@Marcus Venturi Do you have a link to your Philips TV SDK? I have the same one and I was wondering if I could implement something that would turn it off when Windows goes in standby or when it tries to turn the screen to power saving mode which is not quite working with this TV.

Ok I think I found it and I got a hit on my TV web server.
My TV is running a web server... scary :)
Do you know if the newest Philips TV have a similar API?

    http://jointspace.sourceforge.net/

So I tried the standby command and I can turn the TV off but obviously I can't turn it back on since the web server is then down. That's already something.

    Hello,
just got an 3D TV and found this nice plugin. But unfortunatly my LG TV isnt in the List, and so not supportet at all.
I have the LG 47LB650V-ZN. The auto 3d tool does even start up, once a 3D movie is started, but the GUI become an side by side.
MP is running on Win7 ULT 64 with MP1.9. When I select the LG 2012/2013 and try to send a key, I just get an error "connect failed"

Perhaps there is an other model which is similar to my one, which I can use?

    thanks for the great plugin..)

Hello Sebastiii, did you try the Serial Port: Write Data function of EventGhost? I'm guessing that it doesn't send the commands by hex like it's listed in your manual so you need to convert it to decimal, right...? So to set 3D mode Side-by-Side you need to send the command:
    B0 START CODE: 169
    B1 ITEM NUMBER: 00
    B2 ITEM NUMBER: 97
    B3 TYPE: 00
    B4 DATA: 00
    B5 DATA: 01
    B6 CHECKSUM: 97
    (OR B1-B5 =
    00000000
    01100001
    00000000
    00000000
    00000001
    --------
    01100001 = 97)
    B7 END CODE: 154

The code to send is: 169009700000197154
Wild guess, I know, based on many assumptions ;)
