Basic Editor Question - Home Tiles (1 Viewer)

I'm using the editor and want to set it so that when I click on one of the tiles the Submenus pop up. As far as I can see I need to choose a module and that loads when I click on it. I can use the up key when highlighting a tile at the moment but I'd rather access it with a click. Is that possible? Almost as if the tile is just a holder for the submenus rather than having to be a module itself.
