    So either the file is bad, or you don't have the proper codecs installed. The file is getting split, so it must be getting processed.

    Can you install graphedit and render the file? See where it is going?

    Did you resolve this? I have the same problem:
    Sufrace Pro 3, Windows 10 Pro, AverTV Hybrid
    Picked up lots of local channels which sound great but I cannot see video. I'm guessing codec. I'll have to start researching that. Total newbie to this stuff but been working with computers all my life. So, fire away if you have suggestions and I'll make it work. Thanks!
