Crashing Media Portal, online videos, logs attached (1 Viewer)

Trying to watch The Widdower on ITV Player via Online Videos - latest build. Its crashed numerous times, cant figure out why. Button responsivesness becomes slow and video either hangs or 'Media Portal stopped working' popup appears

Advice greatly appreciated

This looks like the site isn't correctly scraped, and OV isn't handling the error @offbyone

Thanks for getting back to me. Is there anything I can do here to fix. The issue occurs when I try and fast forward to the place I last viewed (by fast forward I mean the 'jump forward 30 minutes option')

Would the same error occur if I DL'd?

If you are jumping past the point of buffered content this would cause an error (well used to, thought there was a fix for that). It shouldn't happen at all with downloaded content. Would be worth trying that content again but make sure its fully downloaded. let us know if it happens again. cheers

ok, tried the downloadable version of the program and it seemed fine, did a lot of jumping ahead 30 minutes then back 20 minutes and seemed to work fine.

Then went back to online streamed version and actually it was initially fine jumping ahead and back, after a minute of doing it I got the dreaded 'Media Portal has stopped working' message whilst the video froze. I immediately took de-bug logs - attached. Any help greatly appreciated

I think that crash is caused by some native component, with highest probability by my MP Url Source Splitter. But crash logging in this version wasn't implemented, I'll try to migrate crash logging from newly developing version.

OK, generally I find online videos 98% fine, just that 2% when it errors can be frustrating. I will continue to post logs straight after they occur.

Replace MP Url Source Filter (by log it is located in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MPUrlSourceSplitter\' folder) with attached one and try again. It should produce crash dump file if it crash again.

I have replaced the files and will watch some online videos tonight and if a crash happens - I will post logs.

ok, got logs immediately after an online videos crash

Went into iplayer, found a Top Gear, it loaded fine was playing fine, but any button press wasnt registering and after a minute or two of watching, screen freeze and only way to get out was a task manager end process where MP had a not responding status
