So i got it to work using this format

#EXTINF:-1,BBC One HD
http://192.168.1.118/?&freq=10847&sr=23000&pol=h&msys=dvbs&fec=23&pids=0,260,5400,5401,5403

Works great except for that example above which is dvb-s2 but if i change it to dvbs2 instead of dvbs i get nothing, any idea what the format should be for dvbs2 ?

Thank you any idea how i can find rolloff and pilot tones ? googling does not seem to throw up much

Those parameters probably don't matter for most tuners (they're detected automatically). For defaults I'd use 0.35 and pilots off (same as for DVB-S). If you want to get the actual values then I'd simply copy from the TV Server transponder lists [which come from FastSatFinder].
