    I think it's a bit unrealistic
Looking on the source forge downloads, MP started in 2007, so lets round it up to 10 years.
This would mean the 65 developpers would have worked full time since then on the project to get to the 650 Person-years.

You forget to take into account the hours the larger community is spending watching TV and videos for the sole purpose of testing and validating our software :)

    @ osre

SF must have removed the earlier downloads because I've been a member since the beginning of 2005 and it was pretty well established when I arrived.

Well, even if MP is around for 15 years, still not realistic.
If it were so easy to calculate the value of Software, and even more how much development of future sw will costs, I would have twice as time to actually write new Code

I've setup my HDHomeRun in MP1 as (4) IPTV cards rather than Atsc. I can see the (4) Atsc cards, but just have them disabled. I did it this way so I didn't have to edit the channel names every time tested a new TV-server install. Anyway, it works. I don't know if this would get you past the BDA driver issue. I'll provide more...

Good. I am pleased that that is now working for you. :) If you have ever looked at MP debug log files, you may have noticed that apparent errors are not rare, but these are "errors" that do not affect the functioning of the product. (It is not desirable to have these errors in the log file, as it misleads users, testers, and...
