MP 1.13 freezes for 5 Seconds every 10-20 Seconds (1 Viewer)

Hi Folks,

I have a really annoying issue: The GUI (Titan, but also with the default Skin) freezes / hangs for about 5 Seconds every 10-20 seconds.
Video/Audio Playback itself is not affected. within these 5 seconds of freezing also the Remote or any other Input doesn't work.
here's a video:

in the hang-timeframe there are no entries in the log-files.

any ideas what the problem could be?

You have quite a lot of plug-ins loaded - can you try running MP using Watchdog tool option 1 (which disables all third-party plugins), does that stop the freezes ?

What are your system specs ?

Do you use TV, is it single-seat or client-server ?

(My guess is that MP or a plug-in is trying to access something over the network that it can't find, or is taking a long time to respond)

It looks like from the logs that the extra plug-ins are still being loaded using Watchdog option 1, but I don't know why:

But in fact it wasn't loaded : 0 ms running time
I remember having the same reflection

okay, i disabled all plugins and the problem was gone.
then i re-enabled one by one and checked for the issue aaaaaand - ta-daaaa - it's the TV plugin!

so what's next?
