MP 1.4 Not starting up. D3D: Could not create device error. Since last Windows update. (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have realized a clean installation of MP1.8 and on having tried to load it the message goes out " DIRECT3D DEVICE COULD NOT BE CREATED ", the configuration used is the original one, without modifying anything.
I have tried to increase the delay of beginning, to use a MP.bat to retard MP's take-off, to starting the MP being already the PC in march, and nothing. I have of Directx11 working correctly, is quietado the take-off with fullscreen, etc ... not what mas to try.

I'm on 1.9.0 and it is still happening to me, I am going to disable autostart in windows and see if it stops it happening
