I have replaced the MP-TVSeries database (I had an older backup) and I will check it today for potential errors. Nevertheless, even now the system is running again without issues with all my settings. But it is still early to say that the root cause is solved...
Thanks again for your help.

Unfortunately my computer crashed again. MP is running after a re-start (but I saved the logs before I restarted MP, immediately after the computer was running again. So do not be confused that there is no MP at the end of the log).
Any idea what could have caused the crash? Im not sure where to look.

What makes you think that it crashed? The logs look absolutely correct, MP is running.

The only suspicious thing I can see is a message at 6:55 that a WIndows kernel driver could not be loaded:
Das Laden folgender Boot- oder Systemstarttreiber ist fehlgeschlagen: hwinterfacex64

I think that it crashed, because:
    - I cannot see MP anymore on my TV
    - the remote is not working (at least there is no change on the screen or the mini-diplay in the case which shows the last folder/file (in this case MPTVseries - Navy CIS)
    - I do not get a response with the keyboard

I have to turn the computer of and on again before the image is back and remote is working

It can also be a hardware problem! But I have no idea which part of my computer is affected. I doubt that it is the power supply, because the mini-display is still on.

Last MP log entry is 6:51 - above error message in the event log is from 6:55, so that's weird. The PC was definitely still running at 6:55 or it would not have logged anything, however, MP logging did not continue after 6:51:40. The application event log shows entries at 6:57.

The Home Server connection is established at 6:55, event logging continues until 6:57 when you probably restarted the PC. MYSQL is not available before 6:55. However, your log shows entries as of 6:38, at which time MP tries to enter standby:
    [2016-06-30 06:38:43,408] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - TVHome.WndProc(): Windows is suspending

    The system is then suspended:
    [2016-06-30 06:38:47,814] [Log ] [43 ] [DEBUG] - [WIFI_REMOTE] Network lost, stopping server
    [2016-06-30 06:38:47,814] [Log ] [43 ] [INFO ] - [WIFI_REMOTE] SocketServer stopped.

    ... and immediately reactivated:
[2016-06-30 06:38:48,641] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - MiniDisplay: Resume from Suspend or Hibernation detected, starting plugin

I suggest that you repeat your testing with Watchdog and non-core plugins disabled.

I wonder if it's related to this:
[2016-06-30 06:46:21,781] [Log ] [MPMain ] [DEBUG] - Main: Idle timer is entering power save mode after 300 seconds of inactivity
[2016-06-30 06:46:21,781] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - GraphicContext: MP will render at 5 FPS, use animations = True

Otherwise if not, I would guess hardware issue as well. :(
