....Gets to 'loading windows plugins' stage....and then stops working and has to be closed!

Prior to this....did a fresh install...on a fresh install of Windows 10. Initially OK......but failed after I made some adjustments via Titan editor!

Logs attached.......suppose I could try without Titan??

    Hello Kev

    Windows application event log says:

    Exception Info: System.UnauthorizedAccessException

    at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object)
    at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart()[/collapse]

    So, it appears Windows is blocking the MovingPictures plugin from accessing a file that it needs to access.

    Is it a permissions thing?

    Films are on 3 drives...D,E and F
    Have now tidied up labels....but problem is the same!

    In regards to a fix...
    The exception/error message can't be much clearer. If the problem is that MediaPortal/MovingPictures are not authorised to access D, E and/or F drives, then the logical fix would be to configure the permissions on your D, E and F drives appropriately. Those permissions are completely in your hands. Nothing further I can say or do to help you with that.

    In regards to an alternative...
    Pass. I have no answer.
