MP TV-service stops working

I´m getting really tired now of reinstalling windows and MP, again and again and again... The problem is, and I´m not the only one according to some threads here, that TV-service stops working after a couple of days from clean install of Vista/MP. I´ve read the threads about Windows defender and localhostfile-issue, but that is not my problem. The file looks fine.
So....what to do?! The problem is, that TV-services stops when I start MP TV-service config. And will not restart.
Any ideas...? I will not go back to XP again, that is not an option.
