I use the newest driver from the Intel homepage: Intel Grafiktreiber-winxp_14514.exe for my i3-2125 with HD3000

I searched through the Doom9 forums and found a post by the author of LAV filters:

"The Intel QuickSync tech only works on Vista or 7, no XP support."

That should explain the trouble you had getting LAV to run with QuickSync (or any hardware accelerator for that matter). Sorry but it seems like you either have to upgrade your OS or seek out other solutions like you did. The fact that Windows Media Player plays your recordings doesn't necessarily mean that it is using LAV.

I can not upgrade my system because the sound card is only for XP. There are several amplifiers connected to this card ...

Had a look at your Tagebuch, just use the onboard sound of your mainboard. It has the same audio capabilities and connections.

This is a option if I will have much time in the future. I must make all the wires longer to connect outside the board to the onboardplugs.

Now the PC is running well with the divX codec ...
