Possible to use on a pc whitout MP installed? (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to use this on a pc without MP installed?
I want as few programs as possible installed on the pc i have MP installed on.
And i think it is much better to sit in my working room and edit tags, then in the livingroom with a small keyboard.

AFAIK it is a independant program for tags, so you can install wherever you like

I can confirm that. Used it on a PC without MP a few month ago.

Strange, it will install. But it wont start on my computer.

On install i get an error:
Error creating shortcut: C:/documents setting......................
Tested without shortcut, then no error on shortcut ofcourse.

When a start using the exe. file i get this message:
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to exit the program (translated from norwegian to english with google translator)

Same message with or without choosing shortcut on install.

Sure it will run without MP.

Do you have .Net 2.0 or higher installed?
Which Operating System are you running?

No Net 2.0, running winxp sp3

sounds like you need .net installed because the program has .net dependencies.

Yes, that's the problem.
You need at least .Net 2.0 installed

Maybe i should add a dependency check in the installer
