Could you please zip and attach your TV Server log files:
    1. Open TV Server configuration.
    2. Click "open log directory" in the top left corner.
    3. Zip all the files in that directory.
    4. Attach the zip file here in this thread.

    Thank you (y)

Tuner detection is slower than I'd have expected if the patch were installed correctly:
    [2015-06-14 14:43:59,717] [Log ] [TVService] [INFO ] - Starting async device detection...
    ...
    [2015-06-14 14:44:18,519] [Log ] [13 ] [INFO ] - Detected new OCUR/DRI device Hauppauge OpenCable DRI 2011B953

However, that should not stop TV Server from finding channels.

When you scan, TV Server is not receiving any information from the tuner. In the past I've only ever seen that symptom when a firewall is blocking the information that the tuner is trying to send. I know that you said that you've done the firewall configuration... but would it be possible to temporarily disable the firewall(s) (don't forget the Windows built-in firewall) and see if that helps?

Completely new problem this morning. TV Server is not detecting any tuners at all. It shows them in the cards tab, but they aren't initialized and I can't edit them. Latest Log file attached.

I have a similar set up, SSD, Windows 10 Bld 10130, Charter provider, but a Ceton InfiniTV4 PCIe card. In order to get a successful scan, I had to set the scan (TV Server Configuration/General/Scan/SDT/VCT) parameter to 120. Scans take a few minutes per card, 661 channels in my neighborhood, for each card. I have the TV function working fine. I use WebEPG grabbing so I had to modify the US Grabber file to get the EPG from www.IMDB.com, but grabbing is also working. Recording works, but only if the Win 10 system is awake. Still looking for the culprit that keeps my Win 10 system from waking to do a recording.

BTW, I had the same problem in a Win 8.1 system (MP would not wake the system to record) but one day, it miraculously started working. Not sure why.

I'm looking to use MP on Windows 10 because I don't think WMC will be available in Win 10.

Thanks for the reply, Bill. I have that parameter set to 120 also. I'm glad I decided to install MP when I did, 'cause it's taking a long time to get it right. Still having problems recognizing my tuners.
I also don't think WMC will be available in Win 10. That's why I'm here.

This simply means that TV Server doesn't know that your tuners are available.

The log file tells me that your tuners were detected and added at just past 9 PM:

I haven't known TV Server to be wrong about such things, but equally I can't say why TV Server would have thought your tuner was removed.

To force TV Server to detect your tuner, simply go to the "manual control" section in TV Server configuration and click "stop service"... and then "start service". Close TV Server configuration. Wait 10 to 20 seconds, then reopen TV Server configuration.

In order for MP to wake the system for recordings, you must enable the PowerScheduler plugin in both MediaPortal and TV Server configuration in the plugin sections.

Finally...Success. I must embarrass myself and report that I had only turned off the Windows Firewall. The firewall in the router was still on. Turning them both off was the trick. I tried grabbing some EPG, but that failed. Could we possible try that tomorrow? I've been waiting for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals all day, and it is currently on. Watching it on MP!!

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
