Process of Updating to Windows 10 (1 Viewer)

I am currently running MediaPortal 1 on a windows 7 PC. If i run the windows update to move to windows 10, will I need to completely reinstall MediaPortal in order to get it working? Any tips from anyone who has gone through the update proceess from a windows 7 PC, would be great.

MP1 was still working just fine for me after Windows 10 update from Windows 7.
