Provide PIN-code request for "changing ops" for mediafiles

There are two kinds of "chanaging operations":
1. file ops (copy, move, delete, rename) - and some of them are available from "File menu" which can be protected with PIN code
2. DB info ops (like download info from imdb) which causes changing information about particular movie or music

I propose to provide PIN code protection for the latter operations.
