Odd question, but I have found nothing on it and have not been able to work it out. So thought I would ask.

Windows 8 has this new, faster boot from a hybrid shutdown state. Which is very nice.
But, When you shut down the system via media portal, it does the full shutdown and takes quite some time to start up again the next time.

I was wondering. Is there any way of getting the system to shutdown using the hybrid shutdown from within media portal?
(except closing mediportal completely and using windows itself shutdown that is.)

I know in theory I can use sleep and hibernate instead. But that sometimes causes issues of their own. And when the system wakes it only goes as far as the windows 8 welcome screen, rather than going back the mediaportal.
Not to mention the little bug where mediaportal opens back to the last page, which is shutdown panel.
Unless you have media portal set to restart after wakeup of the system. Which sort of defeats the object.
