RC3, TV service + others

RC3 seems to have reintroduced some of the bugs previously fixed...

I cannot configure plugins if the TV service is running
The search box in the MyWorldMap plugin is off the screen (might be 'cos blue 3 is only @ 4:3 though..? I'm @1080)
Radio stations not showing up in the blue 3 skin, even though they are present in the TVServer config...

I did indeed do a ful clean install (took AGES to reimport my 8000+ songs )
no idea on log4net - I'll google it..!

Seems to be something to do with Apache - I have NOT installed Apache...?

It seems to be this log4net thing - is it used in the build at all?

I am going to try a full reinstall and see where that gets me!

A full uninstall (manually removed all MP folders and registry stuff) and reinstall fixed it

I found the culprit (attached)
Seems to be installed with one of the plugins.

I reinstalled al of my plugins and the error popped up again. No idea which one, I did them all at once
What is the correct version of this file for RC3?
