TC Server repeatedly crash MP 1.15 and W10 Pro (1 Viewer)

Hallo,
please help me.
Im use MP few years - many release on Win XP, WIN 7, and now on W10.
Now I have problem. when I start TV -Server Configuration the server after little time stop working and if I restart PC and run TV - server config again I get Error report. (report and log from TV server is in file). When I restore my SSD from backup after short time I have this problem again and I cannot solve the error.

THX. My MP is now OK. I change Network card. That was the problem.
