[Skin] Transparency mask applied to images/textures (1 Viewer)

I'd like to see the ability to apply masks/overlays directly to _all_ images, not just facade thumb reflections or thumb image folders/frames. It will assist, if not eliminate, the need for various layers of overlays to achieve faded edges and creative borders, as well as apply shaped borders (ie, rounded corners, etc.). It would need to auto-scale to fit the image, so images of differing aspects would have a consistantcy in the design of the skin.
