Ok it seems that when i scan the frequency :
19.2E, Astra 1KR,1L,1M,2C 10994 Horizontal 22000 DVB-S2 QPSK2 5/6 H.265 VIDEO (HEVC) UHD Test ID Service1
The channel is detected as radio, so i think tswriter need change too

MPC-HC can read the timeshift files

So now it seems that TsReader need to handle H265 and maybe streaming server (livemedia555)
It's the 10995 channel

It seems only PidInfo.cs was already done
I just add for the other but still TsReader can't handle the stream

For live555, if we use UNC mode, it's not needed (so good for testing).
