Videos zooming in and out (1 Viewer)

Running Media Portal 1.9 on Windows 8.1. Every time we watch a TV series or movie, frequently throughout watching the screen will zoom in a small amount. It's getting rather annoying. It only started doing it after I rebuilt the PC to Windows 8. It has AMD/Ati graphics, and I run ReClock as I have issues with my TV and frame rate/skipping.
Any ideas where to look?

It's probably that ViewModeSwitcher or I.F.C plugins are enabled - go into MP config and disable them if you don't need them (or just disable the 'black bar detection' function in their settings)
