Weather invalid license key (1 Viewer)

I updated to 1.2 and my weather doesn't work. I get an "invalid license key" message. I did some searching and there is mention that the default doesn't work any more because of a licensing issue and it suggests to use a third party weather plugin.

I don't see this issue listed in the "known issues" section however. So is this or is it not a real "known issue"? If it is, and I use a 3rd party plugin, is there any way to remove the default from the menu so I don't have two separate weather items in my menu?

Hi.
You did not use latest Mp Version, I fear. Actual there is V1.2.2 (since last December). The Weather problem is well known and there is no way to do anything against it as the data provider has closed their API... New Version 1.2.2 did not have any weather inbuild any more. You can use e.G. Worldweather plugin instead. This is supported by most skins and is able to replace the obsolete in-build weather completely.
