The update is still not visible in the MP extensions installer! Did you pushed an update allready?

Ok, forgot to merge to master, where the update.xml file in the extensions installer is linked to. Sorry about that!
Click on File -> Refresh Update Info in the extensions installer and the latest version for MediaPortal 1.6 should appear. I will now prepare a package for 1.7 prerelease and upload it to the forums, will post again when that's done.

Attached you can find a version of the plugin that will work with MediaPoral 1.7 Pre Release. Please let me know if you find any bugs (if possible with crash logs attached and MediaPortal logging set to debug).

I am not sure how to best proceed with this ... should I put the update in the extensions installer? I can't select the pre-release as a dependency in the extensions maker, no idea how that will affect users of the current stable MePo version. Any ideas?

I am trying to use it in my application. I have some problems:
1) I am unable to start recordings. It says "unable to play file... Video codec...."
2) I am unable to start music files.
3) How can I start lossless music in cue files?

How about adding som log files? Can you start all the files you mention from within MediaPortal, i.e. without WifiRemote?

Here are the logs. I am talking about recordings. They starts brilliant in Mediaportal . But no way using wifiremote. Every time "no video codec". And sometimes only audio starts without video (no black screen etc. Just Mediaportal menu and audio from recording).

No. I am using playfile. OK. I'll try it and I think it will fix it. I didn't know about playrecording command before (nothing about this command in wiki). Where can I found out about all the commands?
