Win 8.1 not waking up for recordings/epg grab (1 Viewer)

I do recall something like the DRIVER thing showing itself in MP Server config as a process that is preventing sleep.
I also had Windows just forgetting it had a TV tuner card and after a few sleep cycles it would be listed in the device hardware screen with exclamations next to it as if it hadn't installed.
Like you, my BIOS had nothing in it really relating to sleep management.

Out of interest, what graphics cards and tuners are you using?

All drivers up to date for Win 8.1

My graphics card is: ATI Radeon HD4350 GPU PCI Express
The only TV Tuner I had in place was my TBS 8922 (DVB-S2).
Basically, not a lot in common with you - apart from Win 8.1 (Mine was an upgrade from 8).
I've also had the problem on 32bit and 64bit.
