Windows Startup Screen (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I dont know in what of all the forums to post this but I try here.

I have a MP setup. But it does take some time after the windows login until MP has started (I wait for TvServer to start). During this time I have the desktop showing.
Mu question is if there is any application or solution that can show some picture or something instead of the desktop until MP is started?

MCE Standby Tool (MST) could be a solution: it is designed to manage some parameters to make the PC standby/hibernate and wake up correctly but it has also the possibility to blank the screen during start-up or shutdown to avoid that any trace of Windows is visible.
The other possibility is, if you use the PC as a Mediaportal only machine, to hide the desktop icons from the properties of the desktop, hide the taskbar and choose a wallpaper you like.
