reading pls files doesn´t go past 10 entries

I am trying to set up a pls file with radiostreams. at the moment i have 11 streams in there, funny enough MP will only show me the first 10 streams. If I change the order of the streams in the pls file it shows again the 10 first ones. VLC plays this file, no problem...

Other thing: is there a way to get past the fact that you first have to click which pls file you want to use?
(Mow: click Myradio ->click radio (the file is called radio.pls) -> click radiostream you want to listen, to the same but skipping the second step?)
Please don´t tell me to make different files...
