Album Art (and sorting MP3s)

Don't know if this is the right plce to post this, but it is a tip and it is working 8)

I have a rather large M3 collection. Most of the files did not come from my own CD-collection, if you catch my drift....

After sorting my collection with MusicBrainz I still didn't have album art.... and thus using MP for playing music wasn''t that effective or much of an eye-candy.

The solution to this problem was Album Cover Art Downloader, and now just about all of my albums have thumb-pics. in the folder.

I hope this helps others... it sure did the trick for me!

edit:

Spent the last 4 hours re-jigging all my album art, this is a Really Good tool. Crashed a couple of times but hey I can put up with that.

Yes, it is a great tool. Never crashed here, though....

EDIT: 4 hours? In "passive" mode, I guess....

Steps:
CTRL+O - Open directory
CTRL+A - Select all
Click the blue arrow; "Download missing album art ..."

Wait....

Thats it!

258 artists, nearly 700 albums took me 4 hours!

if i want to use the automatic download, i walways get thsi error:
ExpathError: not well-formated (invalid token): line 2, column 227

Hmmm..... did you sort your MP3s in folders, using eg. MusicBrainz?
