Try www.svsdownloads.com and obtain the client.

When you install MP, run SVS. When you deactivate the layer, all the changes are removed. This is free for personal use (don't even have to give them e-mail when you register). It's pretty sweet.

is this at all useful if i were to reduce the latency on my tv tuner cards?
