Poussun Portal Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Luxembourg Posts: 26 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	What to do if MP is corrupted In fact, after the installation, make a complete copy/paste of the mediaportal directory on your hardisk. When a db is corrupted, or something runs bad... Just copy/paste the MP-backup in your Mp install directory. With this solution you can restart a valid version of MP in a few seconds... without a complete re-installation. I've done that a few times, and it works fine... (Just dont copy paste you tvguide.xml file if you want to keep the latest TV guide) __________________ My config is : MP 0.2.0.0RC2 (latest CVS), Pundit-R with Intel Celeron 2.4Ghz, 1 GB 400 DDR ram, 2 x Hauppauge PVR 150 MCE (pvr_2.0.35.23297_prerelease), Win XP pro SP2 english, DirectX 9.0c, .NET 2.0, no fddshow, VMR9 with native dscaler
