Country:  |  Clickfinder Plugin doesn't find my Clickfinder Installation Hello all ! I am using Mediaportal 0.2.3.0 (was the same with 0.2.2.0) with an actual SVN, when i turn on the Click Finder PlugIn i get the message "Please make sure a supported TV-Movie Clickfinder release has been successfully installed" I have a English Win XP Version and Clickfinder 5.21 installed. What are the criterias that the plugin finds the Clickfinder installation and the Clickfinder database ? Thx ! Andreas |

Country:  | Hi Andreas, I have the same problem. For me this problem only occurs under Windows Vista. I have (for testing purposes) a dual-boot installation with Windows XP and MP (TV3 Engine Revision 15586 and MP Revision 15586). this one works perfect with Clickfinder. The same installation (TV3 Engine Revision 15586 and MP Revision 15586) under Vista shows exactly the same error as mentioned by you. I think this is special to Vista. Have you found a solution for this issue? Greetz, Mike |
