| MP Donator ![]() | @tourettes: i did the crash dump thing. Only problem was, that the debug version of TsReader.ax won't work. MP tells me, that it can't play the .ts file. So I did it with the "normal" TsReader.ax. the file is about 190MB, so the upload will be last about 30minutes. i will post the link as soon as it is finished |

| MP Donator ![]() | thats not that good.... "Copy attached MS VC debug DLLs to MP root directory" is not that helpful, because there is no attachment... EDIT: can someone please give some infos about the additional needed dll's? would it make a difference, if i would compile a "debug" version out of the SVN? EDIT2: Shouldn't TsReader debug version work without those DLLs? Last edited by OnkelChris; 2010-02-06 at 00:10.. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

Country: | Update. TV has been now running since I came out from work, and still not crashing. Few days ago it crashed really often. Let's see what weekend and 24h/3d will reveal. Really hope this will be fixed - personally not a big issue, but maybe big issue for many other user with non-programmer background, and decreases WAF :-) Is there any possibility that in Finlad there has been snowing a lot few days, and usually the the TV signal is not so strong when it snows. But with older SVN releases and also stable releases of MP there has never been issues like this during 4-5 years. |

Some solution needs to be found so that users can provide good information on c++ component crashes that we cannot reproduce.

| When playing back MKVs MediaPortal uses the 'Original Display Aspect Ratio' flag rather than the 'Display Aspect Ratio' flag causing video tio be stretched incorrectly. File plays back at correct ratio in VLC, WMP and MPC-HC. Tried different decoders in MP with no effect. | MP Donator ![]() | @tourettes: only for my understanding... shouldn't the TsReader.ax debug version playing back the file, also the debug DLLs are not present? Or depends the debug version of TsReader.ax on those DLLs and only can plyback files when they are present? |
