For me, this version is much smoother than RC1.
By far the BEST mediaportal version ever.
GREAT channel change, extremely fast!
GREAT picture quality and picture stability (no disruptions).

1 small issue, but i don't know if i do anything wrong.
My TV logos aren't working.
But i started using this with RC1 for the first time.
What i do, i copy the c:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\TV\Logos\ directory.
The names are 100% equal.
Do i need to do anything else?
This is for the Dutch Essent (@home) provider.
Anyone using the logo's for essent and can help me out!

Hi,
doornjoostje, TV logos are now in(& have been since RC1 release) "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData(This folder name can be different on your system)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs"

I uninstalled it and installed RC1 and SVN and now it's working.
So forget about it

Thanks for the links.
From what I can see here MP has made great progress.
One of the best ideas IMHO was to release the SVNs on a weekly base now.
Things are getting much easier to track down now.

The MySQL-database details dialog should say Database Name, not Database Schema as that can be misleading.

Depends on whether you're an Oracle or MySQL DBA

Hi, I have problem to see recorded tv on client.

What I have done is that I recorded a few minutes on the client that's on the server then I looked at it on the same client and that works. After that I started the client thats not on the server and checked so I could see live tv and thats works perfect, after that I tried to look at the recorded show, but all I got is a black screen.
I have changed the location of the recording and timeshifting folder to D:\Mediaportal....... if that can have something to do with it. Hope that this can be solved.

this won't help the dev. if he fixed it and for you it is still not working, what do you think does the dev needs then?
