Several config fixes and enhancements
1. The Channel config now asks you are you sure you want to delete x number of channels. The delete was very close to edit, and as it takes a long time to add channels, the cautious approach seems prudent.
2. Close the preview window and moved the preview code into an override of ShowDialog. This allows for more graceful behavior when preview fails
3. All ATSC channels are marked as free to air, as they are broadcast OTA unscrambled. This alleviates ATSC channels being marked as encrypted

Eliminated highly annoying flickering in listview in manual control

Eliminated checkboxes in manual control and moved the filename labels to a more appropriate location

Hi there,

Same behaviour as previous SVN. It's impossible to re-scan channels, "No Signal" appears for every tp.
Installed an older version and works fine.

Please DON'T KILL any Service on MY computer... instead Make an option to Stop or Not Stop MCE services, You are breaking configuration for some users..

I have on the same computer running MCE services and TVServices correctly
MCE is using DVB-T cards.. and TvServer DVB-C and DVB-S2 cards..

I don't think you have the right to stops services without user permision. And please don't answer like "This is an open source and etc etc"
I feel also part of this proyect..I have test, contribuite fixing some bugs and I have donate. so because is an OPEN SOURCE you don't have to be like MS and make decitions for Users... I'm smart enought to make my own decisition.

This is not a good programing practice..

I have also been compiling for some users Mediaportal build without "This BUG" check on MediaPortal stops MCE services, unwanted!

IrServer does a goog job.. It has an option to stop or not stop MCE

I can confirm like fitto that i still cannot scan any channels just goes red as no signal..

I have tried this on both my TV card and my Twinhan sat card..

Hope we get the function back soon..

SVN 18080 good here w2ksp4, XPsp2 and VISTA 32/64 sp1
