Country: | I have a question: What is at the moment the best way to automaticly/easy convert recordings to DivX/Xvid? I do it by hand with Super atm, but would like to have this done automaticly. Are there plugins for this? I have seen VideoEditor, but im not sure if this is the right thing for it. Perfect would be a totally 'behind the screen' automatic conversion jst after the recoding, that will also delete the large .ts file...

Country: | There's some "auto compress"(?) option under Recorded TV. You are supposed to be able to compress it to Xvid if you got some codec installed. There's also the Videoeditor (You need to enable it in MediaPortal Configuration in the Plugins section), which also allows you to compress a file to Xvid with a click. This plugin should probably be interesting for you: http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mp...ng-t15953.html The last option is to use is for example DirMon2 + Mencoder. It will work totally automated but is a hassle to setup. |

Country: | Thanks for the quick reply! I'll try that VideoTranscoding plugin, looks like exactly what I need!
